We had many wonderful and sacred times at our beautiful space in the Bate
Building. We loved teaching classes in such a great space, but what we loved
most of all was our students. Please find us if you would like to continue
having classes together. Blessings to all.

The type of Yoga taught by the Shanti Collective is a traditional form of yoga from India. It brings awareness and expansion of your breath (prana) throughout your body, increases your energy flow and provides optimal alignment as you move into and out of various positions (ansanas). This quiets the body, mind and spirit; providing inner stillness for physical and mental well-being.
